Dr Vincent Qin is a Consultant Ophthalmologist specialised in cataract, refractive and oculoplastic surgery in Belgium.

He practices at the university hospital of UCL in Namur, at Delta CHIREC hospital in Brussels, and in private practice. He is a committee member of the European Society of Cararact and Refractive Surgery, and is heavily involved with eye outreach missions throughout the African continent.
